Welcome to Emissions Go, LLC. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Emissions Go, LLC provides mobile vehicle emissions testing services. Our services are designed to ensure compliance with local and state emissions regulations. If a vehicle fails its emissions test, the owner is entitled to one free retest by EmissionsGo within 30 calendar days of the original test. If we cannot schedule the retest within that period, we will extend it.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

4. Appointment Scheduling

You may schedule appointments through our website or by contacting our customer service. All appointments are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or cancel appointments at our discretion.

5. Payment Terms

Online bookings are paid in full when you book. Fleet visits are invoiced after the visit for the vehicles tested and are due by the date on the invoice. Cancellations and refunds follow our Refund Policy.

6. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information regarding your vehicle and ensuring that the vehicle is in a condition suitable for emissions testing. Emissions Go, LLC is not liable for any damages resulting from inaccurate information or failure to prepare the vehicle for testing.

7. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Emissions Go, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of our services. Our total liability for any claims arising from the use of our services shall not exceed the fees paid for the services in question.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and other intellectual property associated with Emissions Go, LLC are the exclusive property of Emissions Go, LLC or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Emissions Go, LLC, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of your use of our services or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

Emissions Go, LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes, and your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. SMS Program Terms

Emissions Go offers an appointment text message program (“EmissionsGo Appointment Updates”). Consent is collected via an optional, unchecked checkbox during online booking. By checking it, you agree to receive automated appointment-related text messages from Emissions Go, LLC at the mobile number you provided. The full message terms and the checkbox language are on our SMS Terms page. Consent is not a condition of purchase; you can book without opting in. Messages you may receive: booking confirmation, appointment reminders, a notice when your technician is on the way, and your test results. Message frequency varies by appointment. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Reply STOP to cancel at any time; you will receive one final message confirming you have opted out.
