Refund Policy

1. Cancel or reschedule for free up to 24 hours before your appointment window. If you cancel, you get a full refund.

2. Inside 24 hours, your appointment is locked in. It can’t be moved, cancelled or refunded.

3. If we come out and can’t complete the visit because the vehicle isn’t there or can’t be reached, the prepaid charge is kept.

4. Fleet visits are invoiced after the visit for the vehicles tested.

5. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
